# Tour booking terms index — method Edition: 2026-10-25. Twenty real booking surfaces and sixteen comparison attributes. The canonical file is index.json; index.csv is a formula-protected text projection. The observation date means the public text was opened and read on that date, not that a booking was made or a refund was received. ## Collection and scope The approved twenty-surface roster was retained. Official help pages, booking terms and provider product FAQs were opened individually. No accounts, orders, refund requests or contacts were created. No automated catalogue crawl or bulk feed extraction was used. Each field has a value, status and observations array. Every non-null value points to the exact official URL and observation date. Channel labels are editorial classifications of the inspected booking surface. Unknown fields retain the attempted policy URL and date; they are not negative claims. Values describe published conditions, not an individual's legal entitlement. Cutoff equality is preserved where a source says more than, rather than silently converting to at least. The provider, product and channel scope are mandatory. Withlocals partner bookings are not governed by the direct-booking row. Marketplace defaults cannot replace a booked product, supplier or voucher exception. Free registration at SF City Guides is not treated as a refundable purchase. GuruWalk's traveler cancellation instructions do not establish refund terms for every paid activity. ## Conflicts and limits Foods of NY's FAQ gives 48-hour change/credit notice without Trip Protection and a separate 72-hour rescheduling sentence. Both observations remain in the rescheduling field with status conflict. No editorial resolution is invented. Most policy pages lack an exact revision date; the source ledger distinguishes observed date from the publisher's version label. No current inventory, checkout price, support responsiveness, refund execution, legal enforceability or service quality was tested. The index contains no ranking or sponsored rows. Unknown is not zero and no universal refund percentage is computed. ## Source practice Each source's terms were read before its facts were compiled; sources whose terms prohibit compilation were left out; only short, independently worded facts and links are published; no descriptions, reviews, images or documentation are copied. ## Updating and exports Review policy links monthly and material changes when discovered. Keep prior dated editions rather than overwriting history. Re-check product exceptions before a reader books. JSON is canonical and retains explicit nulls and conflicts. CSV exports serialize factual cells with provenance and prefix formula-leading text for spreadsheet safety; JSON retains original text. hashes.txt records the delivered asset files. ## Licence Our original observation data and compilation are CC BY 4.0. Provider materials retain their own rights; see LICENSE.txt and source-ledger.json.
